Today, we have breaking news to all of our clients and customers, that is, our new hotel furniture store is upcoming!

From April 20th to Dec.11th, It has been past over half year for renovation our hotel furniture store (showroom) , please note that the showroom is called store on the following text. Frankly speaking, we have confronted with too much troubles and obstacles. This aricle will tell you how difficult it is! What we do step by step? And when the new store will open?

As all we know, hotel furniture is belongs to the commerical furniture, which is differ with the home furniture, the big difference between both is the quality, and quantity. As a commerical use furniture, most of owers are keen on high quality furniture for their hotels, because it will decrese the cost of maintainance and refurbished time, that is mean, they can earn more money during the investment. Well, let’s continue the topic how difficult to renovate a hotel furniture store?

Wall Base Work ( Light Gauge Steel Keel& Plywood or MDF)

As the saying goes, “things are always difficult at the start.” The wall base work is not easy to do, which is needed professional workers to do the light gauge steel keel, from ceiling to the side wall and then put the raw plywood board (12mm) nailing, make sure that all the nailed boards are flat, this is the important step. Paving Floor Tile

The second step is paving floor tile, this is the construction work, the plasterers will finish it, as a owner or designer, you need to check it carefully when this step is under work.

Wall Cladding Installation

Once the paving floor tile is finished, the wall cladding work get started. This furniture is belongs to the fixed furniture, it’s complicated than loose furniture, and need the interior designer check the size on site, which is an efficient way to reduce the mistakes and save time. Clearing Up

The next step is to assemble the lights, speakers and make test for all electronics before clearing up. Soon we will have skilled dustman to clear all fixed furniture, not only for the furniture, but also for the tiles, and ceiling. It’s not finish yet. Time of Opening Ceremony

As you can see on the above photos, the loose furniture isn’t on there, so we have to put all the hotel loose furniture on the right space, I think that it will take serval weeks to finalise this end issue.
